A Grade
This describes a Brand New Product, a product that is to OEM Specifications, or of the highest standard
B Grade
Decribes a product or service of very high standard. The product may have minor blemishes or issues, but still meets stndards required and can be used with full confidence.
C Grade
A product that is in good condition, but has had wear and tear that may require tidying up to get it back to full manufactures specifications or standards.
